Please do not submit personal information or confidential technical files unless you are authorized to share them.

We use submitted information to review compatibility, prepare quotes, identify missing details, communicate with suppliers, organize documentation requirements, and support repeat-order history. We may also use aggregated operational information to improve response quality and reduce repeated clarification.
Sharing
RFQ information may be shared with suppliers, logistics providers, inspection partners, or service partners when needed to evaluate availability, technical fit, documentation, packaging, shipping, or compliance. We do not sell RFQ contact information as a marketing list.

Business records may be retained when needed for quote history, accepted orders, compliance, accounting, and repeat-order support. You may contact us to request correction of business contact information or to ask how a submitted RFQ record is being handled.
